Rob Bernhardt is a proud Colorado native and has dedicated his career to achieving excellence in criminal defense law. A Navy veteran and a graduate of CU Boulder and the University of Denver College of Law, he served as a Deputy District Attorney for the city and county of Denver before launching his own practice in 1999. Rob’s experience in the DA’s office gives him unique insight into both sides of the justice system, making him a formidable opponent in the courtroom and a fearsome advocate for his clients. Rob has tried cases in every county in Colorado and multiple jurisdictions throughout the United States. His passion for defending his clients is rivaled only by his commitment to serving those he represents.
Outside the courtroom, you’ll often find Rob on the golf course perfecting his swing or spending quality time with his dogs, Sophie, Thurman, and Gilligan.
